Commission Prices

Note that the following are base prices. The final price may differ based on the level of detail required of the end product. Prices are in USD. For Malaysian rates, just email me directly for a quotation. Note that these prices are for private/personal use commissions, indie content creation, and small/fan-made projects. For commercial rates, there will be an additional fee of 50% to 100% of the base price.

If the type of commission you want is not listed below (such as character sprites, pixel art, or just plain background art), just ask and I may give you a quotation!

Character Art

Bust: Starting from $30

Commission Process

Please email me at konoriarts@gmail.com with the word "Commission" somewhere in your subject line. Please let me know which type of commission you're requesting. You (the client) may provide me with details about the commission, plus any reference photos/pics. (The more details, the better!)

From there I will come up with a rough sketch of the commission to make sure that we both know what to expect with the final product. Once we're happy with the sketch, I will send you an invoice for payment. (See Payment for more details.) I will only start working on the actual commission after full payment is made.

Commissions may take between a week to a month to complete, depending on the type of commission and its level of complexity. I will periodically send you (the client) updates on the progress of my commissions. Minor revisions are allowed during this period. The final product will be delivered via email.

Payment

Preferred payment method is through PayPal. For Malaysian clients, payment through bank transfer is acceptable.

After the commission sketch is approved by you (the client), I will send you a PayPal invoice for full payment. (For payments made via bank transfers, the invoice will be sent to you via email as a PDF attachment.) Partial payment is possible for commissions above 200 USD, but full payment must be made before the delivery of the final product.

For any cancellations made within 24 hours after payment, I can refund 80% of that payment. For any cancellations made after 24 hours, I can only refund up to 50% of that payment.

Terms of Service

(The term "final product" may be used synonymously with "artwork" to refer to any of the art I produce for the commission, i.e Character Art, Character Sheet, Food Art, and Illustrations w/ Backgrounds, as detailed under Commission Prices.)

I won't draw nsfw, furry or mecha. (Kemonomimi is fine, and characters wearing armour is fine as long as there's adequate reference.)
All commissioned artworks may be posted on my social media (Twitter/X, Bluesky, Ko-fi, Deviantart, and/or Tumblr) with a watermark. Please inform me if you (the client) do not want me to post your commission on my social media accounts. For commissioned works that are set to be revealed by the client at a later time, I will refrain from posting the commission on my social media until after it's been revealed.
For personal use, you may use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, phone/desktop wallpapers, and/or personal prints. You may post the final product in your social media crediting me (Konori/Nori) as the artist. (For Twitter/X or Bluesky, you may also tag me @konoriarts.)
DO NOT resell my artworks. My artworks are also NOT to be used for NFTs and/or AI generation/training! Unless a commercial fee was paid for the commission, you cannot create merchandise/products out of it to sell, or use it in advertisements. Do not claim the final product as your own work.
Violation of the above terms may result in a call-out and me blacklisting the client from further commissions.
